      1. Open the developer tools in your browser
      2. Click on Tests & Quizzes in the menu
      3. Click to add a quiz
      4. Select a Hot Spot question - there should not be any errors in the console
      5. Upload an image and mark the areas
      6. Save the question - there should not be any errors in the console

      Currently, there are errors in the console for #4 and #6

      Description

      Uncaught reference error when selecting Hot Spot question to add to a quiz, and then another one after saving the Hot Spot question. There are no user-facing errors. I did not see any errors in the logs.
