      1. Create a gradebook item and put some comments to students, the previously entered comments should appear.

      Description

      When an instructor adds feedback to students on some tools, enable a mechanism to suggest the previous content to the instructor.
       
      For example:
      -The instructor grades a gradebook item and puts some feedback comment.
      -The instructor grades the next student for the same item, suggest the previous comment.
