      Description

      If a school has samigo.allowMinScore = true set, they will have an option to set a minimum point value on an item in an assessment. 

      Currently, the instructor must enter a value in this field which is less than the total point value.  Some instructors have mentioned they would want this field to accept less than or equal to instead of just less than.
