Rubrics, T&Q: Instructor can only grade using the rubric from the questions page

      1. Create a rubric
      2. Create a quiz with a short answer/essay question and attach the rubric
      3. Under settings, allow the student to see all feedback on submission
      4. Publish the quiz

      As the student:

      1. Take and submit the quiz
      2. Click on the feedback link and verify you see the ungraded rubric

      As the instructor:

      1. Click on the submitted link for the quiz
      2. Click on the student's name to view the submission

      Expected behavior: the rubric should display in the student's submission

      Description

      The only place where the instructor can now grade quiz questions with a rubric is on the questions page. The student is still able to view the rubric when they open their submission, but the instructor does not have access to the rubric from the student's quiz submission.
