      Go to a link with CASA turned on like:

      And it should not be found.

      Run generic LTI regression tests to make sure nothing broke other than CASA.

      Description

      CASA was a standard that IMS never finished and released.   I added CASA support to Sakai in anticipation of the standard.   But since it never was completed - I will simply remove it for Sakai 20.
