Messages / Role issue when site language is set to Spanish (Mexico)

      Description

      On nightly 12x, if a site has the language set to Spanish (Mexico), when a user accesses the Messages tool and composes a new message, the role options display as "Rol" and does not list out the role title afterwards.  Testing 19 and 20, this exact language is not available.  Testing with Spanish (Spain) on 19/20, the options are listed with the role title after "Rol" as they should.
