      Description

When you send an automatic email notification on publishing a test (to let students know of its availability), it includes the titles of groups to whom the test was released. For example, if I release an untimed quiz to two groups, titled "Extra Time" and "Everyone Else", the email notification will say, " [Quiz title] is available on [date/time] to Extra Time, Everyone Else at [Published Assessment URL]."

It's very common to create groups to grant time accommodations on a test, and sometimes instructors even include the names of affected students in the group titles. The email notification should not indicate to users the groups to whom the quiz was released because it could cause privacy issues, and the information is not relevant to students. If a student received the email, they are already included in at least one group assigned to take it.

Fix: Remove the titles of release groups/rosters/users from the email notification.
