      As an instructor navigate to the Tests & Quizzes tool.

      Create a number of assessments (its not important the contents of the assessment)

      The main view page should render the assessments that were created.

      *Note This change doesn't change any view for the user it's just an efficiency change so the tests passes if everything looks the way it did before this change.

      Description

      Tests & Quizzes tool returns all submission list (determined by taking memory dump during the exam, also can find in the catalina log the returned item count in each request and the running time of the method) in the course when asked to open with student profile. If there is no problem with this few students, there is a problem with a certain number of students (such as 200 and greater) with serious performance problems and some students cannot take the exam.
