      Description

If the user tries to add mapping to a gradebook schema, after entering the letter grade and trying to add a minimum %, has to click twice in the minimum % box before being able to enter anything.

It is easier to see what the problem is on 19x since the fix for SAK-41635 isn't there yet.

It seems as soon as the letter grade is entered, the "There are unsaved changes" message displays and clicking into the minimum % box, it seems like the "unsaved changes" message is what is causing this behavior.

I would expect if an instructor makes grading schema changes, s/he will want to make multiple changes at once instead of saving after every entry.

Also, when removing items, there is no "unsaved changes" message and I would expect one there also after removing something.
