GB categories still appear as choices in Assignments even after deletion from GB

Removal of Gradebook categories does not remove those categories from Assignments, even when using a separate browser with the browser cache cleared. Expected Behavior: Gradebook settings changes propagate to all the tools that need to know what the newly edited settings are.

To Reproduce:

1. Create a site with the Gradebook tool and the Assignments tool.
2. Set up the Gradebook with 2 weighted categories and any other settings you want. 
3. Save Settings.
4. In Assignments, start to add an assignment, choose send to gradebook, confirm that Gradebook categories exist. Cancel out of creating the Assignment.
5. In Gradebook, return and remove the weighted categories by choosing "No Categories", save your settings. (If there are pre-existing gradebook column items, you can also confirm that there are no category showing under "Edit Item Details" after saving your changes).
6. In Assignments, when you are Adding and Assignment, and you choose "Add Assignment to Gradebook", you will still see the old Gradebook categories as options. If you choose one, it will allow you to select it with no error message. The Assignment will add a Gradebook item column to the Gradebook, but of course, it will not belong to the Gradebook category you chose, because the settings were changed and those GB categories no longer exist.
