Reordering Lessons tool placements does not update the order of pre-requisites

Create a site and add 4 lessons tools to it, Lessons A through Lessons D. Add a single text content to each, Lessons A through Lessons D, so you can tell which is which. Set each page, using the gear icon on the page, to be required and not released until prerequisites have been met. As a student, enter the site and click on Lessons D. You should see A, B and C as required in the message. Now, reorder the lessons tools in site info as maintainer. As a student, refresh to see the new tool order. Click on a lessons tool. You should see a message showing the new order of tools as the requirement.
