      1. Perform a fresh Sakai installation using auto.ddl
      2. Pick a site and remove the "sitestats.usertracking.track" and "sitestats.usertracking.be.tracked" permissions from the realm roles
      3. Record the structure of the SST_DETAILED_EVENTS table in the database
      4. Drop the SST_DETAILED_EVENTS table
      5. Run the script
      6. Confirm the the SST_DETAILED_EVENTS table and related indices were re-created
      7. Clear the Sakai caches using the Memory tool as admin
      8. Confirm the permissions were restored
