Create a site with Resources and Forums tool

Add a resource item to the site

In Forums, go to topic settings on the default topic

Add attachment linking to the resource item you uploaded

Press Save

Go back into topic settings and press remove next to attachment

Press Save

The attachment should successfully be removed from the topic.

Instructors are unable to delete attachments from topics. Deleting an attachment from a Forum works fine.

Steps to replicate:

Create a site with Resources and Forums tool

Add a resource item to the site

In Forums, go to topic settings on the default topic

Add attachment linking to the resource item you uploaded

Press Save

Go back into topic settings and press remove next to attachment

Press Save

The page reloads

Press Save again

The attached stack trace is displayed
