      Description

When an error is entered into the open and close date form fields (i.e. the close date occurs before the open date), an error message appears on the screen after selecting "Save" button. The page refreshes and an error message appears (Alert: Close Date is not allowed to be before Open Date.) This message is not announced by a screen reader with the page refresh to announce a visual changes on the page. Also, the focus moves back to the top of the screen and a keyboard-only or screen reader user will have to tab through the page's content to find the alert message.
