You will need to adjust the scale factor for an assignment in the database to test this.

      1. Create an assignment with points
      2. in the database you will need to change the scale factor from the default of 100 to 10
      3. Click grade
      4. Enter in a whole number i.e. "10" (values with a decimal point don't cause the issue)
      5. Click Add attachments
      6. Click cancel on the add attachments modal (it's not necessary to actual add an attachment)
      7. Notice the points are new multiplied by the scaled value (default 100), expected should be the formatted value correctly representing the user input.
