      To test:

      1. Create several assessments, setting them all to open now, but each with a different due date in the future. Also create an assessment with no due date. Publish the assessments.
      2. As instructor, choose "view site as student". Click on T&Q.
      3. Available assessments should display in chronological order, with those due soonest at the top, those due later below, and those with no due dates at the bottom.
      4. Log in as a student to verify that the default display order is the same (chronological) for actual student users.

      Description

In Sakai 11 & 12, by default, the student view of Tests & Quizzes displayed available assessments in chronological order by due date, so the ones due soonest were at the top.

In Sakai 19 & 20, the default sort is reverse chronological. Assessments due the soonest are at the bottom. Those with the latest due dates (or no due dates) are at the top. (Confirmed on trunk/master and 19.x maintenance branch.)

In cases where a lot of assessments are available, it can be hard for students to notice/find those that are due soon.

The default sort order in 19 & 20 for student view of available assessments should be changed to chronological, as it was before.

      Steps to replicate:

      1. Create several assessments, setting them all to open now, but each with a different due date in the future. Also create an assessment with no due date. Publish the assessments.
      2. As instructor, choose "view site as student" (or log in as a student). Click on T&Q. Assessments due soonest are listed at the bottom, and those due later at the top. (Assessments with no due date are listed first.)
Desired behavior: Default sort should be chronological so assessments due soonest are at the top, those due later are below, and those with no due dates are at the bottom.
