      Description

If the instructor tries to make a massive comment (324 characters or more), the comment box can be stretched beyond the normal confines of the rubric grading window. There is no limit to the size of this box, and there should be one. In addition, when the instructor saves this comment, and attempts to reopen the comment, they can no longer view the top bar, which holds the done button, bold, italic, underline etc.

      Expected:

When the Instructor enters a comment 324 characters or longer, either :

      1. Show a warning that the Instructor has reached the character limit
      2. Limit the size expansion of the comment box to the size of the window, so the window never needs a scroll bar
      3. Reset the comment box size to default when a comment is saved, not when the window is closed

      Actual Result:

      1. No character limit
      2. The user can continue to stretch the comment box as long as they want, if it is larger than the grading window a scroll bar appears and the comment box keeps going down
      3. When the user saves their comment, it saves without a problem, but when they open it up again they can no longer see the bar at the top of the box which holds the bold, italic, underline etc buttons. The view resets when the rubric grading window is closed
