      1. Create an assignment that uses a content review service. Then as various students:
        1. Create a submission containing 4+ attachments
        2. Create a submission containing 1 to 3 attachments
        3. Create a submission containing an attachment that will generate an error, E.g. containing fewer than 20 words
      2. On the instructor's student list page for the assignment, the grading page for individual students, and the student's view of their submission both before and after the due date (given that 'Allow students to view report' is true):
        1. Verify that similarity scores are accessible (say, when using a screen reader)
        2. Verify that similarity scores can be viewed when using a mobile device
        3. Verify that content review errors are accessible
        4. Verify that content review errors can be viewed when using a mobile device

      Description

      Currently, content review scores / statuses / errors display as tooltips in the Assignments tool, which isn't ideal. Introduce some progressive disclosure that displays this content on the page
