      Description

If you create an assessment and add exceptions to it, you can't delete the exceptions. Clicking the delete button next to an existing exception appears to delete it while you're on the screen. However, if you go back to Settings all deleted exceptions are still there.

      To replicate:

      1.  Create a draft assessment.
      2. Go to Settings for the assessment.
      3. Add an exception and Save.
      4. Now, go back to Settings and select the Delete button next to the existing exception to remove it. The exception appears to be deleted.
      5. Select Save.
      6. Return to Settings. Expected result = deleted exception will be gone. Actual result = deleted exception is still there.
