Create a site with several tools, and at least one lessons page

Click Site Info> Tool Order, and mark all of the tools as invisible. This setting should persist after the copy if this issue is fixed

In another blank site, enter Site Info>Import from Site> replace my data, and select your site

Click the checkbox next to the site name to copy all the tools

Reload the page a few times so all the tools show up, only the Lessons page is marked as invisible

If a site with invisible tools is imported into another site, the tools will be visible on the new site. This applies to all tools except Lessons.
