Honor Pledge does not show up if assignment is opened through notification

Steps to recreate the issue: 1. Create instructor and student in the server 2. Create a site using login as instructor 3. Create an assignment with following settings:     a> Check Add Honor Pledge     b> Single Upload file only     c> Add announcement about the open date to Announcements     d> Send email notification with open date to all participants     e> 100 points 4. Login as a student 5. Go to Notifications and select a notification which says the <instructor_name> created a new assignment <assignment_name> in <site_name> Expected Result: On opening the assignment from notifications, it should display the Honor Pledge Actual Result: The assignment question directly gets opened without displaying the Honor Pledge and student can submit the assignment as well
