Get rid of blue box around Lessons LTI Deep Link dialog (CSS issue)

      (In Firefox) Go to Lessons - > Add Content -> Add  Learning App - >pick an App - look for a blue box surrounding the close "X" like the screen shot.  No - blue - test passed.

      Description

      I need some CSS help - Here are the steps to produce the Screen shot attached to this JIRA. 

      1. Go to: https://trunk-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/ - login in as admin
      2. Go to the mercury site (sites)
      3. Go to Lessons
      4. Go to Add Content -> Add Learning App
      5. Click on any app store and see the blue bar.

      I can fix the code - I just don't know what is wrong with the markup.  I need a CSS wizard to to that page and do inspect element and tell me what I need to fix in the CSS and Markup not to have that blue box.
