Gradebook: Extra Credit cannot be worth more than 49%

      1. Go to Gradebook > Settings as an instructor or maintain role
      2. Create Categories totalling 100% under "Categories and weighting" section
      3. Create one more category (let's name it "Extra") with a percentage greater than 49%
      4. Enable the "Extra Credit" checkbox
      5. Save changes at the bottom of the page
      6. Confirm you get a success message instead of an error

      Description

      When creating an extra credit category, that category cannot be worth more than 49% when you save. The problem is presented as an error saying: "Weightings for the categories do not equal 100%".
