The onhover "title" for the search box in the administrative "Realms" tool says:
$item.AccessibilityLabel

For comparison, the "title" for the search box in the administrative "Users" tool says:
Search for users

PROPOSAL:

Update the title for the search box. The title should assist the user when selecting the correct box.
