Click Users -> New User

Add a user with the last name of O'Dell

Fill in the remainder of the fields

Click Save Details

Now search for the user and verify the name displays correctly

When adding a user like O'Dell, the ' gets replaced with &#39;

I tested RAMÓN,NÚÑEZ PÉREZ, but that name displayed correctly.
