BasicLTI: When removing the grade, the comment remains in the gradebook

      You will need a site with a student, Gradebook and Lessons.
      (The results are the same whether the tool is added through Lessons or added as an external tool in the site)

      As the admin:

      1. In Administration Workspace -> External Tools, install a tool with the following properties:
        • URL: https://www.tsugi.org/lti-test/tool.php
        • Key: 12345 and Secret: secret
        • Title and button text: Tool Test
        • Check Send names and emails, check "Allow External Tool to return grades" and "Allow External Tool to create grade columns" under services, and only check "Allow the tool to be launched as a link"
      2. In the course site, click on Lessons -> Add Content -> External Tool
      3. Click on the external tool you added
      4. Click Save in the pop-up

      As the student:

      1. Log into the site
      2. Click on Lessons
      3. Click the link for the external tool
      4. You should see 2 links: Test LTI 1.1 Outcome Service and Test Sakai Outcome API
      5. Click each of these links and verify
        • you can send a grade
        • you can add a comment
      6. Now click Delete Grade

      Expected behavior: both the grade and comment are removed
      Current behavior: the comment remains in the GB

      Description

      It is now possible to send a comment to the gradebook both through the external tool (navigation placement) and through Lessons, but if the user clicks Delete Grade, only the grade is removed and the comment remains in the gradebook.
