This does not affect 19x. This problem may be related to the errors in ~~SAK-42459~~.

The Gradebook does not display the table with students and gradebook items on master.

Wasn't sure if this should be a blocker, since another browser can be used and Edge has a number of problems anyway.

The syntax errors are already reported in ~~SAK-42459~~, but I will add the Edge errors here.
