      Description

This issue is not on 19x, so maybe it's related to SAK-42483?

If the user clicks on roster, then on List view in a large site, the list view seems to scroll at first but seems to "lose" some users between the top and bottom of the list.

Workaround: scroll all the way down on the Cards view, then the List view scrolls properly.
