      Description

Many of our users post their Syllabus as a site menu link by uploading a PDF to Resources and then using the "Make Web Content Link" to add a direct link to the file. However, it's not obvious to end users what it means to make a "web content link" and they only know how to do it once we show them.

I propose that we rename this function to something more user-friendly. Thoughts include:

      • Add Site Menu Link
      • Link to Site Menu
      • Create Menu Link

There are probably better suggestions. But nobody I've trained in the last six years knows what the current text means, and they don't intuitively guess it when they read the choices in the Actions menu.
