1) Create an assessment with 2 parts.

2) On the 2nd part, add 2 student audio response questions

3) Ensure the assessment is configured for the entire assessment to be on one webpage

4) Publish the assessment

5) As a student, launch the assessment

6) Select "Click to record your answer"

The student should be able to successfully record their answer
