As an Admin, go to External Tools Click "Install LTI 1.x Tool" Add a few tools, just need to fill out the required fields. Add 3 tool names like XYZ Tool ABC Tool DEF Tool so they'd be out of alphabetical order. (You can use https://test.tsugicloud.org/tsugi/lti/store  for the URL (but any should work, not really important.) Click Tool Links -> Create Tool Link Ensure the tools are listed in alphabetical order. (Previously they were sorted by the order they were added.)

      Description

When creating a link for a site, one selects the name of the tool from a drop down list. That list appears to be in creation order. Sorting it alphabetically would be better – that way similar tools would be grouped together rather than appearing at random places on the list.  (see the "selecting the LTI tool" screen shot)

      Original Description:

Two little improvement would make the External Tools tool in the Administration Workspace more efficient.  Just an idea ...

      1. When creating a link for a site, one selects the name of the tool from a drop down list.  That list appears to be in creation order.  Sorting it alphabetically would be better – that way similar tools would be grouped together rather than appearing at random places on the list.  (see the "selecting the LTI tool" screen shot)

      2. Once a tool has been selected, you aren't able to know for sure if you've actually selected the one you intended.  (The mouse may have slipped.)  It would be helpful if the name of the tool that is being installed simply appeared on this screen.  (see the "name of the LTI tool would be helpful" screen shot)

      Thanks!
