Any CKeditor dialog that pops up a Modal in Lessons is unusable

      1. Add Lessons to a course site.
      2. Click into the Lessons tool.
      3. Click Add Content, select Add Text.
      4. In the rich text editor, select the Template icon.

      When the template menu opens, the page goes grey and locks up. The only way I've found to get out of this issue is the browser back or refresh button. If you hadn't saved any text you entered in the text editor before clicking into the Template, you will lose that text.

      Other tools that trigger a dialog also will have this error

      Description

      Lessons is the only tool that I've encountered this error in. It was not present in Overview, Announcements, Samigo, Assignments or any other tool where the text editor is used.

      This was not an issue in Sakai 19 and earlier and were new from SAK-41954. This isn't just related to the template, using other buttons that popup a dialog (Like App Store) also cause this same issue.
