      Current behaviour: Error message displays but is below the icon

      Expected behaviour: Icon should appear vertically-centered to the left of the message

      1. Ensure other messages in Sakai have the icon positioned to the left of the text message of info, success, warning, and error messages.

      Description

      This does not affect 19x. On trunk, if there is an error message displayed to the user while editing a quiz, the error message drops down one line, below the icon.
