      1. Log in as teacher 
      2. In Sign up, create a meeting.
      3. Change time zone account preference
      4. Return to Sign Up tool and time will display same as before
      5. Try refreshing browser; time stays same
      6. Select Sign up link above meetings; time gets updated based on account preference

      Description

      Sign up tool seems to be caching dates/times if a user changes their time zone preference. User has to select specific Sign Up tool links in order for the cache to be cleared and updated times to appear.
