On Trunk, navigate to a site with the Tests & Quizzes tool (or add it to a site). Then:

      1. Simply create an assessment with any name.
      2. Don't bother to configure anything else, immediately navigate back to the home page of the tool.
      3. Make note of the "Modified Date" of the assessment.
      4. Wait 2+ minutes, and then delete the assessment.
      5. Go to the new "Restore Assessments" tab.
      6. Note the "Deleted On" date. It is the same as the "Modified Date" (see step 3).
      7. Now, restore the assessment, and then delete it yet again.
      8. Go back to the new Restore Assessments tab.
      9. Once again, you will see that the "Deleted On" date hasn't changed.

If this issue has been corrected, then the "Deleted on" Date should actually be reflective of when the assessment was deleted, not when the assessment was last modified.

Additionally go through and test the same steps with a Published Assessment, deleting and restoring that.

      Description

On Trunk, in Tests & Quizzes, if you delete an assessment and navigate to the new "Restore Assessments" tab, it will show a "Deleted On" date. But this date is the "modified date" of the assessment, not when it was actually deleted.

This may cause some confusion for instructors, as instructors may try to find an assessment based upon when they recalled actually deleting it, given that the column is titled "Deleted On."
