Signup: If an attachment is added or removed after dates and times have been set, the dates and times revert back to current

      1. Add the Signup tool to your site
      2. Click on Signup -> Add
      3. Enter a title and any other information needed
      4. Set your date/times to sometime in the future
      5. Click to add an attachment

      Current behavior: after adding an attachment, your set date/times changed to the current date/times

      1. Set the date/time again for the future
      2. Click to remove the attachment

      Current behavior: after removing an attachment, your set date/times changed to the current date/times

      Expected behavior: in either case, your set date/times should be kept

      Description

      If the user creates a sign-up event, modifies the dates and times and then adds an attachment, the date and times change to the current date and time (plus one hour for the end time). Other options selected/modified on the page don't change and the date/times shouldn't either.

      The same thing happens if an attachment is removed after the date/times have been set.
