New recovered assessments tab should have a unique identifier

      1. Create an assessment with a title like "Test Assessment"
      2. Reset the tool and Click the button to remove the assessment
      3. Create another assessment with the title "Test Assessment"
      4. Also remove this assessment
      5. In the "Restore Assessments" you cannot tell them apart. There should be some way in the UI to distinguish these

      Note Samigo tries to prevent you from creating 2 assessments with the same name but it's still possible in a variety of ways.

      Description

      As noted in the comments on the new feature SAK-42519, if you have multiple assessments the same name it can be hard to tell which one you're recovering. You can possibly go by the deleted date (now that it's marking deleted when you delete) but it might still be useful to have the ID present on the table or as a tooltip for uniqueness.
