Switching multiple choice single correct to multiple choice single selection removes all possible answers

      1) Create an assessment with a multiple choice single correct question and publish it

      2) Edit the published assessment 

      3) Edit the MC SC question

      4) Update the question to MC/SS and select a couple answers and press save

      If fixed, the user should be placed back at the edit screen of the assessment that is being edited.  If broke, the user will be placed at the main Samigo screen.

      Description

      To replicate:

      Create an assessment with a multiple choice single correct question and publish it

      Edit the published assessment 

      Edit the MC SC question

      Update the question to MC/SS and select a couple answers and press save

      Instead of being placed back at the edit screen of the assessment, the instructor is moved to the main Samigo screen.  

      At this point all possible answers for the MC question have been removed and if a student attempted this question on an assessment, its not possible to view their responses.

      The stack trace that is printed out when this occurs is attached.
