T&Qs : exceptions editing published questions (fib, maybe more)

      1) Create an assessment with at least a question of each of the mentioned types and publish it

      2) Edit the published assessment 

      3) Edit each question

      4) Update the question's answers and press save

      If fixed, the user should be placed back at the edit screen of the assessment that is being edited and the new answers should be shown.  If broke, the user will be placed at the main Samigo screen.

    Description

      For specific question types, some answers are lost when trying to edit them on a published assessment. FIB is definitely affected by this issue, MC is being corrected on SAK-42853 and matching/imageMap were managed on SAK-42116.
