      1. Enter the Question Pool menu in the T&Qs tool.
      2. Add a pool.
      3. Inside the pool, add a question.
      4. Check 'Copy from pool' is not one of the question types available.
      5. Once the question is added, edit it and check 'Copy from pool' is not one of the question types available on this other screen.

      Description

      Copy from question pool option should not appear when instructors are inside the Question Pool menu. Looking at some code comments this was managed at some point in the past but now it is appearing.

      In fact, clicking on the option and trying to copy from other pool ends up throwing an exception.
