      Description

As mentioned on SAK-42519 and SAK-42840 (parent), rubrics attached to assessment questions are hard deleted when deleting an assessment. Therefore, the rubrics cannot be used in the recovered assessment.

Note: If it is made possible to restore deleted published assessments, the code will need to be modified for both Draft and Published copies, and tested with both.
