      Description

When creating an assignment when you marked "Anonymous evaluation" and
"Allow students to see reviews of their submissions" options and click POST.
When editing the same assignment, these options will appear unchecked, even though they are enabled for the assignment in the back end.

Also fixed in this PR is an (anonymous) identity leak: when the instructor clicks on one of the reviewer's assessments, it identifies to the instructor who submitted the assignment when it should not.
