Tests & Quizzes - Submission Confirmation page

In student view, the submission confirmation has multiple issues. 

1. In Confirmation Number field, it is showing time zone abbreviation. Should be removed
2. In Confirmation Number field, it is showing server time for submission. Right below in Submitted field, it shows proper user's local time.

Perhaps remove the time altogether from Confirmation number field? Listing time twice is confusing.

However keeping could be useful for support staff in case a student tries to fake like they submitted before a deadline by altering their time zone. Would be possible if quiz had a late submission deadline. Perhaps make clearer that confirmation time is server time in a different line? If it ends up on different line, not opposed to time zone abbreviation being shown for further effect/accuracy.
