Enable search, and portal search, to request full portal urls for indexed entities

Add announcements and the search tool to a site Create an announcement Wait a couple of minutes for the search engine to index your announcement Switch to another site. Click on the spyglass icon in the top bar. Enter a term from your announcement, something you know you should be able find. Hit enter. You should see the search results for your announcement. Click on the title url. You should be taken to the announcement, in the full portal view.
