      Description

      With agreement in SAK-42757 to standardize to User Time Service for displaying of all times to users, the need to have time zone abbreviations following time displays is unnecessary as times will be shown to user's in their local time.

      On Publish session page in instructor view, time zone abbreviation is shown. Should be removed.
