Description
PURPOSE
This is an aesthetics item, so it's a feature request, not a bug. The UI/UX groups should review to determine if this suggestion would help the overall community.
PROPOSAL
We are currently using a single-pixel border around the elements of the site tabs in the sites bar. For sighted users, this can be an added element to indicate that an item is highlighted or available for selection, in addition to the slight color change.

In many situations, subtle differences can be elegant and modern. In some situations, though, an element may be too subtle to be noticed. This proposal suggests that adding the border as well as the color change can better help a sighted user recognize items or elements in the interface that are available for interaction.
