      As an instructor

      1. Visit a site with the Roster tool
      2. Confirm the <select> elements have a more neutral border and don't look like they are active when they are not.
      3. Click a <select> and confirm that active styling is still applied correctly

      This fix should be applied to every default styled <select> element in the application, so other pages that include <select> should be covered by this fix.

      Description

      Some folks at sakaicamp noted that <select> appear to be active due to the border they are picking up. Suggested fix, change the color back to browser native border color.
