Login to Trunk and navigate to a site that contains some test student accounts.

      1. Add the Tests & Quizzes and Rubrics tools (if needed)
      2. Create a default rubric
      3. Then, create a simple assessment in T&Q: Add a single essay question, and attach the rubric you created in step #2 above.
      4. Publish the assessment.
      5. Login as a student and take the assessment.
      6. Now, log back in as the instructor and navigate to Tests & Quizzes tool.
      7. Click the "Actions" Drop-down and select "Scores."
      8. IMPORTANT: Click the "Questions" tab.
      9. For the student's essay response, click the rubric icon and provide some scores and some comments for each criterion.
      10. Now, in the "Comments for Student" column, click the "Add Attachments" button. Either add an attachment or click "cancel." (result is the same)
      11. Now, unbeknownst to the instructor, the individual criterion scores and comments will be wiped out. Click the Rubric icon once again and you'll see that the data you just entered is gone.

If this has been fixed, then the rubric data should be preserved if an instructor clicks "Add Attachment" in the "Comments for Student" column.

Note*: This problem doesn't seem to happen if you grade from the student's entire assessment submission (i.e. clicking the student's name on the "Total Scores" page). It looks like this was resolved with SAK-42371.

Note**: When reproducing in trunk, you may notice that the rubric UI looks a little strange when grading from the rubric, but that's a separate issue.

      Description

In Samigo, in Trunk, 20 and 19.x, if you grade an essay question with a rubric from the "Questions" tab, and then add an attachment into the "Comments for Student" area for that student, then the rubric scores and comments you just selected get wiped out.
