Samigo discrepancyInData.jsp could use better styling

      1. wait for SAK-34373 to be fixed
      2. As an instructor create two assessments (e.g. fill in the blanks)
      3. In tab 1 as a student go to the samigo index page with the assessments
      4. In tab 2 as a student go to the samigo index page with the assessments
      5. In tab 1 start taking the first assessment, answer questions correctly, but don't submit.
      6. In tab 2 click the second assessment. (do nothing else)
      7. In tab 1 submit the assessment

      OR

      1. attach a debugger (e.g. Eclipse) to the project
      2. put a break point in DeliveryBean.java (line 2169)
        return (DBdate==browserDate);
        
      3. as an instructor publish one assessment (e.g. fill in the blanks)
      4. as a student take the assessment
      5. submit the assessment for grading
      6. the breakpoint in eclipse should stop the code
      7. in the variable pane, right click browserDate and change the value
      8. Resume (F8)
      9. The UI should display the discrepancyInData page.
