New Assignments - "Add due date to Calendar" should be checked by default

        1. Add an assignment
          1. Verify that "Add due date to calendar" is checked by default
        2. Edit an assignment that doesn't send due dates to the calendar
          1. Verify that "Add due date to calendar" is not checked
      3. In sakai.properties, set asn.due.date.to.calendar.default=false
        1. Repeat 2.1.1, but ensure it's not checked.

      Description

      The biggest complaint from students that we get at Western is that instructors underutilize the calendar. The option to "Add due date to calendar" is currently unchecked by default. It would be much more helpful for students if we flip the default.

      Implement a sakai.property to specify the default for this checkbox:
      asn.due.date.to.calendar.default=true (default)
